We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not satisfied, or we have sent you the wrong product, you can return the product within 14 days after receipt. We expect that the product is returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Your order includes a return label and return form. Return shipping costs outside Netherlands are the customer's expense. Return shipments within the borders op the Netherlands are free of charge for the customer.

What else do you need to do?
Your order should include a return form. In case you have not received a return form in your shipment, we will need the below information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Replacement product?
Fill in this information on a piece of paper and add this to your return shipment.
Package the return shipment and drop it off at a post office. Hold on to your proof of shipment until you have received confirmation from us that we have received your shipment. If you want to receive a replacement product, please indicate which one. If you want your replacement product to ship fast, order it as a new order and indicate you wish to receive your money back on the original order.
After receipt of your return shipment, we will refund you within 10 working days. Dependent on your payment method, additional processing time may be required at your bank.
